Ok I’m going to try to bring this ridiculous idea as objective as I can, without saying that it’s both hilarious and frightning, not to mention completely ludricous. So here is the uncoloured news, make up your mind for your self.
The topic: E-mail ’stamps’, proposed by the Dutch telecom-watcher OPTA (not unlike the SEC for financial stuff in America)
